  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in conducting engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Demonstrated rapid prototyping and iterative product development experience.
  • Experience developing mechanical structures (weldments, sheet metal, extrusions, CNC components, materials selection) for industrial products.
  • Experience developing actuated kinematic systems from concept to working prototype.
  • Ability to perform tolerance analysis as required to ensure intended assembly performance.
  • Hands-on experience with light fabrication, assembling, and maintaining complex mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing projects and interfacing with technical customers.

Qualifications

  • No egos, no jerks.

Skills

  • Prudent optimism.
  • Intrinsic motivation.
  • Commitment to desired outcomes.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to accelerate your career within the new ventures being launched.
  • The chance to be part of a diverse team of innovators, builders, and entrepreneurs.
