What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and launch electromechanical systems, assemblies, and componentsTranslate customer, regulatory, and business needs into safe, manufacturable designsPerform engineering analyses, including stress, fatigue, load, and performance calculationsSupport NPI from concept and prototyping through validation and launch readinessImprove existing products using field data, warranty trends, customer feedback, and manufacturing inputDrive cost, reliability, safety, usability, and manufacturability improvementsPartner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and suppliers to resolve issues and reduce lifecycle costsCreate and maintain drawings, specifications, BOMs, test plans, and technical documentation Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringMinimum 3 years of mechanical design and testing experienceExperience with electromechanical systems, SolidWorks, and FEA softwareStrong understanding of statics, mechanics of materials, machine design, and fatigue analysisExperience with GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and manufacturing processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills Pre-employment Testing May Include Drug screen Background check MVR Check Physical Environment: The job will be performed in an office environment (50%), test lab (20%) and in a manufacturing facility (30%).
