Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in PE HVAC/plumbing design
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing projects of all sizes and complexity
- Experience leading teams and mentoring others
- Skilled in using tools necessary to create construction documents for projects throughout
- Experience designing and preparing drawings for plumbing and water supply systems
- Experience designing and preparing drawings for miscellaneous plumbing systems
- Experience using AutoCAD and design applications to aid in design undertakings and requirements
- Experience evaluating and overseeing design layouts prior to drawing submittals
- Experience preparing all documents and reports from start to finish of design
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP, etc.
