Mechanical Engineer

Position Responsibilities

• Works with prospects to understand their needs and determine which software package is the best fit.
• This includes reviewing drawings and answering technical/engineering questions about the software's capabilities.
• Provides online technical software demonstrations to potential clients.
• This involves answering questions regarding the application of COMPRESS, INSPECT or Shopfloor programs.
• Provides post-sales online training and new user orientation.
• Other Engineering related projects.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year work experience in a technical field, preferably engineering or manufacturing.
• Technical sales experience an asset.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor® or ABAQUS.
• Multi-lingual an asset (Spanish, Korean, Italian).
