Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support of production including troubleshooting, root cause identification, corrective action implementation, and documentation follow-up for Assembly or In Process Validation (IPV) areas with automated testing, fluid fill, and AC charging equipment
- Support enhancements and improvements to process, tooling, and equipment
- Provide technical support for Assembly issues related to process, tooling, or equipment
- Document, implement, and improve standard work
- Balance workload across production bays to meet production targets
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering on solutions
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
Skills
- Mechanical engineering fundamentals with ability to read drawings, technical documentation, and equipment specifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay
$57,000 – $62,000 USD per year (Sanford, NC)
