Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Design and revise mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems/components using appropriate engineering tools and calculations.
- Support custom truck builds by developing layouts, integration details, and configuration requirements based on customer orders.
- Review customer requirements and specification sheets to determine feasibility of pavement marking and paint stripping truck builds.
- Support Sales during the quotation process by providing technical input, feasibility assessments, and configuration guidance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support component selection.
- Evaluate current product designs and recommend modifications to reduce malfunctions, improve safety, and increase production efficiency.
- Provide manufacturing support by assisting production teams during fabrication and assembly to ensure compliance with engineering design and customer specifications.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with pavement marking including hydraulic systems and ASME tanks, is a plus.
Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of related experience in engineering design, BOM configuration, or manufacturing support.
- Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD modeling and engineering systems, including AutoCAD, Creo, Windchill, and SAP.
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including component selection and troubleshooting support.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet project timelines and deadlines.

About the Role
