Role Overview
This position is within the V6 engine durability test group in the power unit division.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing tests and simulations to ensure parts meet design specifications
- Analyzing data and proposing design improvements
- Preparing documentation for development progress
- Supporting project management activities
- Training peers
- Technical problem-solving and data analysis
- Collaboration to support powertrain component development
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical) or related STEM field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong computer skills
- Data analysis proficiency
- Ability to evaluate vehicle dynamics
- Leadership capabilities to guide engineering teams
- Onsite work is required, with possible remote day with approval
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship
