Mechanical Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking Reliability Development Engineers to validate vehicle body and chassis strength, durability, and marketability, ensuring they meet internal standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing engineering data
• Planning and coordinating exterior performance tests
• Supporting test execution
• Preparing technical documentation
• Conducting and analyzing vehicle component tests
• Managing test planning and logistics
• Supporting root cause analysis and process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, with 0-6 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Experience with CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks)
• Data acquisition
• FEA tools (Abaqus, Nastran)
• Scripting (Java, Python, MATLAB)
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in data analysis and technical communication
• Familiarity with relevant software tools
• Ability to work physically in testing environments
