Responsibilities

• Preparing HVAC and mechanical system designs for new construction and renovation projects.
• Developing construction documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Performing heating and cooling load calculations and assisting with equipment selection and system sizing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing HVAC and building systems.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping systems, and construction document development.
