Responsibilities
- Interface with client and external partners
- Travel as required for client development and project execution
- Work on a variety of mechanical assignments supporting all phases of design including initial planning, feasibility, scope and concept development, detailed design, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Assist with 3D modeling and design
- Conduct field investigations
- Perform red-to-black markup/review tasks
- Produce discipline deliverables
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD MEP
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with implementing fundamental design aspects of HVAC, mechanical utility, and piping system design
- Understanding of the applicable building codes, technical and design aspects of CRB’s market areas
Additional Qualifications
- Applicable Associate degree or technical trade school certification
- 3 to 7 years of experience required including field experience in either a design or construction capacity
