Key Responsibility and Expertise

• Plan and sketch mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, sanitary systems, domestic water, and medical gas.
• Develop and analyze design concepts with engineers, determining feasibility based on safety, function, and serviceability.
• Create comprehensive drawings, plans, and sketches using Revit software.
• Manage construction documentation and submit sporadic documents.
• Collaborate with different disciplines to achieve design integration and conduct site visits and field research.
• Optimize routing and system sizing.
• Use CAD software.

Qualifications

• Essential health care experience.
• ABET-accredited engineering bachelor's degree.
• Working towards professional license (PE) after passing the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE).
• Over 4 years as a mechanical designer.
• Expertise in CAD software.

Pay

This position requires working in an open office setting. The salary range is $60,000 - $95,000.
