Key Responsibility and Expertise
- Plan and sketch mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, sanitary systems, domestic water, and medical gas.
- Develop and analyze design concepts with engineers, determining feasibility based on safety, function, and serviceability.
- Create comprehensive drawings, plans, and sketches using Revit software.
- Manage construction documentation and submit sporadic documents.
- Collaborate with different disciplines to achieve design integration and conduct site visits and field research.
- Optimize routing and system sizing.
- Use CAD software.
Qualifications
- Essential health care experience.
- ABET-accredited engineering bachelor's degree.
- Working towards professional license (PE) after passing the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE).
- Over 4 years as a mechanical designer.
- Expertise in CAD software.

Pay
This position requires working in an open office setting. The salary range is $60,000 - $95,000.
