Mechanical Design Engineering Co-Op
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineering Co-op to join our team. This role is ideal for current students in their 3rd year or above seeking hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing within a dynamic and collaborative aerospace organization. The position is expected to last a full year with Full-Time hours during the summer and part-time hours while school is in session.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with experienced professionals in the Design Engineering Department
- Work in a safe manner, adhering to all company safety policies
- Be a champion for safety
- Contribute to the success of manufacturing operations by working with Design Engineers and Leadership teams
- Design, develop, and update product drawings, work instructions, routers, travelers, and projects in methodologies to achieve business objectives
