Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership as a discipline lead on multiple projects.
  • Engage in HVAC system selection, engineering, and design.
  • Create HVAC drawings, analysis, specifications, and calculations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Oversee HVAC support staff.
  • Provide construction administration and site observations related to projects.
  • Offer exemplary service to team members and clients.

Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of MEP/AEC design and consulting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in public safety, educational, and commercial sectors.
  • Understanding of industry codes and standards.
  • Experience interacting with clients in meetings or presentations.

PREFERRED

  • A Professional Engineering License.
  • LEED Accreditation.
  • Working IES-VE knowledge.

Schedule

We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week, to accommodate your needs and maintain strong team connections.

Pay

Our compensation package includes a competitive annual salary range of $84,522 to $125,448, along with a conditional bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

To apply, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or an equivalent background, with at least 2 years of relevant MEP/AEC design and consulting experience. Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in various sectors is essential, along with familiarity with industry codes and standards. Additionally, experience in client interactions and professional licensing are preferred.
