Mechanical Construction Project Manager- Pittsburgh PS

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, change orders, and client communication
• Cook up coordination with estimating, engineering, field operations, and project stakeholders
• Manage HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical system installations
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects
• Strong experience with HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Experience managing projects valued at $2M+
• Background working on projects such as: Healthcare facilities, Data centers, Manufacturing facilities, Schools / higher education, Government projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes, scheduling, and project execution
