Responsibilities
- Obtain Certification in J-STD
- Obtain Certification in ESD
- Maintain effective documentation to ensure quality
- Maintain a neat and tidy work area
- Consistently meet all quality and production goals
- Follow and perform assembly from work instructions and/or engineering drawings
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Work closely with OE, QE, and ME to establish and improve quality goals
- Measure TAC time and cycle time to meet customer demand
- Complete and maintain daily log books for downtime, scrap, and production

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 to 3 years of Mechanical Experience is required
