• Support a variety of builds, from smaller subassemblies to full system integration
• Use hand and power tools to complete high-quality work
• Follow established processes to ensure consistency, safety, and quality
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

For Entry-Level Candidates

• No prior experience required

For Experienced Candidates

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings/work instructions
• Confidence working independently and supporting troubleshooting or rework
