Mechanical Assembler - Temporary
Responsibilities
- Assemble pumps and subassemblies using drawings and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, presses, and assembly equipment
- Perform testing and quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Mechanical aptitude required; manufacturing/assembly experience a plus
- Ability to read drawings/instructions preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Pay
Base pay: $ 17 - 19 per hour

The employee is also regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects/tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk or sit. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. The employee will rarely lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
