Mechanical Assembler III
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: Overview (maybe combine Company Overview and Job Overview Summary). But we need to follow typical headings: "About the role" could be used for job overview summary. "Responsibilities" for responsibilities. "Qualifications" for qualifications. "Skills" for Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. "Pay" for Rate. Possibly "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands" are not in the list of allowed headings but we could still use them? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. For Work Environment and Physical Demands we could either omit or include under a generic heading like "Working Conditions"? But not in list. Safer to omit if not matching allowed headings? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are typical but not strictly limited. However they say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can create sections for any meaningful heading, but better to follow examples. We could create sections: About the role (Job Overview Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Possibly also "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands" could be under "About the role" or omitted. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop details like work environment or physical demands. So we need to include them somewhere. Could create a section "Working Conditions" but not in examples. Might be okay as long as we use . The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. So we can add sections for Work Environment and Physical Demands.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEOC statement, etc. Also remove "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." (that's part of responsibilities but it's boilerplate; but it's part of responsibilities section; we could keep it? It's a standard EEO statement; but it's within responsibilities. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the sentence "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's EEO boilerplate. Also remove "Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." maybe that's boilerplate but it's substantive? It's a disclaimer; could be considered boilerplate. Might remove. Also remove EEOC Statement at end.
We need to preserve all substantive information: company overview, job overview summary, responsibilities list, qualifications, knowledge skills abilities, other duties (maybe we keep but it's a note). The "Other Duties" section says duties may change; that's generic but still part of description. Might keep as a paragraph.
We need to format lists with - . For responsibilities, we have many items; we can make a
list.
For qualifications: Education and Experience, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (but we already have Skills section). Actually the posting splits Qualifications into Education and Experience, then Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. We could combine into Qualifications section with subpoints? But we need to follow instruction: Use for section headings. Could have Qualifications heading, then inside we have
for prose and maybe
for lists. The Knowledge, Skills And Abilities could be a subsection under Qualifications, but we could also make a separate Skills heading. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Qualifications and Skills sections. That seems appropriate: Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for knowledge, skills, abilities.
Thus:
About the role
(contains Company Overview + Job Overview Summary? Actually Company Overview is about company, not role. Could be separate "About the company". But not in examples. Could put Company Overview under About the role? Might be okay. Or we could have a separate section "About the company". But not in examples. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role.
Better: Have About the role
containing Job Overview Summary. And maybe a preceding

About the company
but not in examples. I'd rather keep it as a paragraph under About the role, as it's still relevant.
