About the role
Join a manufacturing team focused on building high-quality, precision electro-mechanical products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components, chassis, enclosures, and cabinets based on blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Fit, align, and secure parts to meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment for assembly tasks.
- Install hardware, brackets, panels, and mechanical subassemblies.
- Perform inspections to verify fit, alignment, and workmanship.
- Support basic interconnect and cable installation when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and meet production standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication, enclosure assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Working with precision components and tight tolerances.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Experience assembling industrial equipment or electronic enclosures.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Working with small hardware and tools.
