Mechanical Assembler*

About the role

Sanmina Corporation is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving various electronics markets. This position involves performing a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Applies acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks.
• Works on semi-routine assignments requiring occasional deviation from accepted practices.
• Follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions on new assignments.
• Reads, understands, and follows manufacturing process instructions in English.
• Holds tolerance to blueprint specifications while performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Must be available for overtime (OT) and weekend work as required.
• Must be able to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
• Must be able to use manufacturing equipment effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume assembly manufacturing environment.
• Able to perform mechanical assembly.

Qualifications

• Available for OT and weekend work as required.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
• Ability to use manufacturing equipment.

Pay

Annual Salary Range: $38,584 - $43,680 ($18.55 - $21.00 hourly)

Schedule

Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and weekends as needed.
