Mechanical Assembler

About the role

The primary responsibility of an Assembler II is to assemble and test medical imaging equipment components according to detailed blueprints and specifications. This includes using various tools and equipment to ensure that each component meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical imaging equipment components following blueprints and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on assembled components to ensure they meet established standards.
• Operate precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Work in a team environment to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to assembly processes.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Basic understanding of medical imaging equipment and its components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Pay

$25 - $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
