Mechanical and Electrical Component Assembler and Tester

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work procedures and visual operating procedures to successfully complete assigned tasks.
• Participate in the assembly of products using hand tools, portable power tools, or by hand.
• Assist with the assembly process and testing on the production floor to meet customer needs and project timelines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and staff to ensure process documentation (Work Instructions, SOPs, etc.) is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent technical experience/certifications.
• 3+ years of experience as a technician, including CAD design experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly in an industrial work setting.
• Hands-on experience working with hand tools.
