Mechanic Trailers Trucks
Job Requirements
Company is seeking a truck fleet mechanic to work on mostly trailers. Trailer and truck services. Excellent long term position in Southern Milwaukee County. Smaller, family owned successful business. Somewhat flexible in hours too. 1st shift-$25-$30/hour for experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition.
- Adjust and reline brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain automotive and mechanical equipment and machinery, such as pumps and compressors.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience.
- Must have a CDL or be able to obtain one within 2-3 months.
- Diesel experience required.
- All types of repairs including brakes, suspension, electrical, systems.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM).
Other Experience and Qualifications
- Must have tools.

$25 + hourly
