Mechanic/ Technician

Gatsby Autoworx is a restoration shop specializing in vehicles from 1900 to 1975. We are seeking a motivated Mechanic/Technician with mechanical ability and an appreciation for quality work and craftsmanship. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train a suitable candidate who demonstrates the desire and aptitude for this specialized field.

About the role

This is an onsite, full-time position at our Liberty, NC shop. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and passionate about restoring classic automobiles.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical restoration work on vehicles manufactured between 1900 and 1975
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail

• Mechanical ability and understanding of automotive systems
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a specialized restoration environment
