Mechanic Service Technician In-House

Nu-Tech Cleaning Systems, Inc. has been established since 1993 and has developed strong relationships with various industries including national and worldwide franchise groups, school systems, universities, government agencies, property management companies, construction companies, emergency response companies, residential cleaning companies, industrial cleaning companies, disaster restoration companies, and more. Our repair center handles a consistent volume of service work due to our connections within these diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform maintenance and/or repair work orders.
• Diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform appropriate repairs.
• Maintain communications with company purchasers regarding parts ordering and inventories.
• Determine if additional safety or service work is needed.
• Document all work performed.
• Follow all company OSHA safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn.
• Transfer any HVAC system skills to new/used equipment repairs when applicable.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Team player with the desire to improve.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HVAC experience is preferred.
• A Universal 608 or 609 certification is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. There are no nights or weekends.
