Mechanic II- Frac

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on DOT and Completions Services equipment according to company standards and timelines.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, failures, and repairs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Identify, order, and replace parts and equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues.
• Conduct routine tool and equipment inspections, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Support and assist lower-level Mechanics in completing repairs and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related mechanical experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Valid Driver License required; DOT License preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer use.
• Familiarity with RTA Fleet Management Software preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.

Schedule

• Work shifts up to 12 hours.
• Overtime as needed.
• 10/5 Rotation Schedule (Ten days on, 5 days off).
• Hours may vary based on operational needs.
