As a Mechanic II, you’ll be supporting the maintenance and inspection of mid-sized corporate aircraft. In this role, you’ll perform detailed maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of corporate jet platforms including Hawker, Gulfstream, Falcon, and Bombardier aircraft. You’ll work in a collaborative, high-performance MRO environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success. What You’ll Do Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems. Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance. Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems. Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data. Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required. Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards. Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting. Position Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft. Experience performing heavy maintenance (C&D checks) on Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, and/or Bombardier aircraft. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Salary: $26.41 – 39.62 The compensation package for this position also includes a performance-based cash and equity incentives. Actual pay will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and internal equity considerations.
