Mechanic II
About the role
Support the maintenance and inspection of mid-sized corporate aircraft. Work in a collaborative, high-performance MRO environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems.
- Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance.
- Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems.
- Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data.
- Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required.
- Achieve Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards.
- Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft.
- Experience performing heavy maintenance (C&D checks) on Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, and/or Bombardier aircraft.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various aircraft systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$26.41 – 39.62 per hour
