MECHANIC DRIVER

Responsibilities

• Transport employees, volunteers, and students as requested by TCH management personnel.
• Document all pickups in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Maintain activity log for materials received and delivered, including appropriate authorization signatures.
• Perform pick-ups and deliveries throughout the Metropolitan area, ensuring safe operation of transportation vehicles.
• Perform minor maintenance of transportation and delivery vehicles, such as checking/filling fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, etc.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, staff, members of the Medical Staff, patients, and visitors.
• Monitor and deliver supplies to physician time share suites on a timely basis.
• Operate snow removal equipment when necessary.
• Perform all other support functions in an organized and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Requires minor mechanic skills.
• Requires moderate to heavy physical effort.
• Good driving record with valid drivers license and knowledge of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Ky. Area.
• Good customer relation skills.
• Valid drivers license with appropriate endorsements.
