Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical maintenance, repair, and adjustment of manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure reliable and compliant operation.
  • Execute equipment changeovers, including product, size, and format changes, in accordance with approved SOPs and production requirements.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities per established schedules to support equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Accurately complete maintenance documentation, including equipment logs, work orders, and CMMS entries, in compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
  • Support equipment installations, inspections, and modifications in coordination with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanical maintenance or industrial equipment preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Working knowledge of cGMPs, safety requirements, and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow SOPs, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately and contemporaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain gowning qualification for controlled manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants with:

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
