Mechanic

About the role

Groundhog Landscaping in Derry, NH is looking for a full-time Mechanic to join our team. You will work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll enjoy regular hours and have your weekends free to relax and recharge.

Responsibilities

• Take care of and fix different types of equipment, like mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, edgers, spreaders, snowplows, and more.
• Find and fix mechanical and electrical problems.
• Keep good records of all the work done.
• Maintain safety and readiness of equipment for the team to use.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fuel systems in small engines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Skilled using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment (preferred)
