Responsibilities

• Performs general fleet maintenance on diesel tractors and trailers such as Vacuum trucks, Roll Off trucks, and Hydro trucks.
• Performs appropriate activities for the safe and expedient usage of oilfield equipment.
• Completes DOT 90-day and annual BIT inspections.
• Answers 24/7 Emergency Response calls when on uncontrolled standby.
• Follows standard guidelines and company policies and procedures for repair and maintenance of trucks.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Attends follow-up safety training as required.
• Other reasonable directives, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• 2 years of maintenance experience in hazardous waste, hydro-excavation, and oilfield equipment preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic for tractors and trailers.
• Current Class A Commercial Driver License preferred.
• Driving record that meets company standards and current DMV printout, required.
• May need to provide own tools to perform maintenance.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions

• Pull/push 50 lbs. unassisted on a frequent daily basis.
• Twist and turn in full range of motion in arms, hands, torso, neck, back, and legs on a frequent daily basis.
• Lift/carry 50 lbs. unassisted on a frequent daily basis.
• Lift items over head on a frequent daily basis.
• Crouch/stoop for prolonged periods.
• Stand 6 or more hours per day.
• Exposed to all environmental temperatures and weather conditions.
• Work long hours.

Pay

$30 - $40 per hour. The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
