Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in golf course maintenance equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, fueling, and routine inspections
- Service and adjust engines and cutting mechanisms on mowers and turf equipment
- Set up and modify new equipment for optimal use
- Maintain tools, parts, and service logs to ensure operational readiness
Requirements
- Experience with small engines, mowers, hand tools, and turf equipment required
- 6+ months of mechanical repair experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, bend and squat frequently, and stand/walk for extended shifts
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
