Mechanic - 1st Shift

Your Role

• Operate and maintain handheld and bench‑mounted power tools (e.g., drills, riveters, torque drivers, grinders) to accurately fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components for MRI systems while following safety and ESD protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to interpret technical drawings, perform precise assemblies, and document tool usage and maintenance to ensure compliance with medical‑device manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with light industrial or home‑improvement work.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, fabrication, or general warehouse settings.

Work Environment

We believe we are better together. Office‑based teams work in‑person at least three days per week, while onsite roles require full‑time presence at the company’s facilities. This position is an onsite, 1st‑shift role located in Latham, New York.

Pay

The pay range for this position in New York is $15.00 to $23.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
