Meat Wrapper

About the role

Meat Wrapper is responsible for receiving, storing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, merchandising and rotating meat department products. The position involves working with management and all other associates to ensure meat cases are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products for our customers, according to company standards. Focus on delivering great customer service to secure store's financial success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service to secure store's financial success.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for pricing and weighing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay

$16.90 to $22.00 per hour.
