Meat Team Leader Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support daily Meat Department operations by assisting with product preparation, stocking, and rotation.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Help execute merchandising plans and create attractive displays.
• Monitor inventory for freshness and availability.
• Engage with customers by answering product questions and providing cooking or selection suggestions.
• Collaborate with the Meat Team Leader on scheduling, task follow-up, and fostering a safe, respectful, team-oriented environment aligned with a people-first culture.
