Responsibilities

• Deliver remarkable customer service with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude
• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Ability to follow processes and safety standards

• A passion for working with customers every day
• Previous retail or food service experience is helpful, but not required
