Meat & Seafood Associate- Full-time dayshift

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Meat & Seafood Associate to join our team at the Monadnock Food Co-op in downtown Keene. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a well-stocked, attractive meat and seafood department.
• Cut, package, and merchandise products to ensure high presentation standards.
• Assist department managers and leads with ordering and pricing products.
• Engage with customers about local and organic meat and seafood options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively and efficiently within a team environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently with speed and accuracy.
• Good ethics and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Cold tolerance is required for this position.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Pay

Begins at $17.00 per hour with additional compensation for experience.

Thursday to Monday opening shift. You must be available for this schedule to be considered.
