Meat Production Clerk (NMK) $20-$24/hr*

Responsibilities

• Processing, marinating, seasoning, and packaging bulk quantities of beef, chicken, and pork.
• Sausage making.
• Working with large-scale equipment designed for high-volume production.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have intermediate knife skills and basic math skills, as well as the ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Must be able to work in cold environments, including extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift) in walk-in coolers.
