About the role

We are seeking experienced food lovers to join our cook team at our Nugget Markets Kitchen within our Woodland warehouse. These are full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepping large amounts of produce and some proteins for our high-quality, ready-to-eat foods such as salads, guacamole, salsas and other side dishes
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• May work in extreme cold temperatures for extended periods of time

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment
• Must have excellent knife skills
• Background working in high volume setting, either in hotels or institutional cooking
• Good communication skills and an eye for detail
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
