What You'll Do
- Cuts product to meet the needs of the department to drive sales
- Executes production plans
- Lead, train, and develop Meat Department associates
- Deliver exceptional Customer 1st service and resolve customer concerns
- Drive department sales, production, and profitability
- Oversee product merchandising, freshness, pricing, and display standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, temperature logs, and company policies
- Coach and supervise team performance, including feedback and performance reviews
- Support hiring, scheduling, and associate development
