Meat Department Associate

About the role

The Meat Department Associate assists with meat preparation, display, and sales while ensuring food safety and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, and package meat products as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat department
• Stock and rotate meat inventory to ensure freshness
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Follow food safety and handling procedures

Requirements

• Experience with meat handling preferred but not required
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
