Meat Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking meat products to meet company standards, ensuring safety and food quality. It contributes to store profitability and enhances guest experience by following safety, food safety, and merchandising guidelines. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce meat products according to production plans.Package, label, and merchandise meat items per plan and expectations.Stock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating cases regularly.Notify management of supply needs.Collaborate with other departments to support store growth.Follow safety, PPE, and cleaning protocols, as well as guest service guidelines.Assist in tasks across departments based on customer needs. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.At least one year of retail or related experience preferred.Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret documents. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
