The Meat Cutter performs various cuts for meat items in constant meat cutting with knife and/or saw machine.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in both the fresh and frozen cases
• Follow established department procedures for receiving incoming shipments
• Product pricing
• Ensure product's quality, protection, accuracy and proper rotation in coolers
• Rewrap meat packages as needed
