Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering member questions and assisting across the club as needed.
- Keep the work area clean, neat, and member-ready.
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate expertise in floor operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare meat products (e.g., cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
- Advocate for the department by modeling high-quality service and products, executing basics at the highest level of quality.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.
- Prioritize member satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply (ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
