About the role
We are a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As a Meat Clerk, you'll assist guests in selecting high-quality meats and seafood, maintaining display freshness, and supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the meat and seafood counter, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions.
- Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
- Honor commitments by being punctual and reliable, and assisting with tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and customers.
- Able to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards and proper equipment usage.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally, and working in various environments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar retail or food service position preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and equipment operation.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.

- Ability to lift and move merchandise.

Pay
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
