Meat Clerk
We are a Wisconsin grocer committed to giving back to the communities we serve and providing guests with exceptional service and value. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. At Festival, people are at the top of our list—evident in our daily interactions, guest treatment, and extensive associate benefits and programs.
About the role
Help guests bring home high-quality cuts they’ll feel proud to serve. Whether it’s a weekend grill-out or a weeknight dinner, guests count on us to help them make mealtime special. As a Meat Clerk, you’ll answer questions, recommend cuts, and ensure our meat cases are full, fresh, and ready for guests. If you’re friendly, attentive, and love working in a fast-paced retail food service environment, this is a great place to grow your skills and career.
You’ll provide top-notch service at the meat and seafood counter, restock and rotate products, and help keep the department running smoothly. We offer the freshest, most sustainable seafood selection in the state and serve Certified Angus Beef®, so guests know they’re bringing home quality they can trust. From special orders to food safety, you’ll play a key role in creating a department guests return to again and again.
