About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role involves helping guests select high-quality meats and seafood, maintaining display freshness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver helpful service by engaging with guests and answering product questions.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
• Honor commitments through regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests, leaders, and retail associates.
• Able to multitask and maintain customer service focus in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Full range of upper body motion and repetitive hand/wrist motions.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures like freezers, coolers, kitchens, and sales floors.
• Physical stamina for standing and bending for extended periods.
