About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As a Meat Clerk, you'll be part of a team delivering premium service and exceptional selection.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at the meat counter and on the sales floor, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
• Honor commitments, including regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for engaging with guests, leaders, and retail sales associates.
• A willingness to learn food safety standards, proper equipment usage, and inventory practices.
• Ability to multitask and maintain customer service focus in a busy retail environment.
• A commitment to safety practices and equipment usage.
