Meat Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking meat products to support store profitability and enhance guest experience. The role requires adherence to safety, food safety, and merchandising standards, with a focus on teamwork and communication. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce meat products according to production plansPackage, label, and merchandise meat items following planogramsStock backroom with rotated and dated productsNotify managers of supply needsCollaborate with departments to support store growthFollow safety, PPE, food safety, and cleaning protocolsContribute to positive guest experiencesPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferredExperience in retail or related fields preferredBasic math and reading comprehension skillsAttention to detail and ability to interpret documents Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending and twisting in varied temperatures and environments.
