Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in leadership and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or HSE preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools and software
